The Concept

Better than the “best addresses” in travel or fashion magazines: Meet local personalities!

When exploring a city during a short stay, we often dream of meeting friendly, well-connected friends of friends who can give us insights into what to see and do!

Our insiders are the equivalent of these friends of friends.

They save you time and help you quickly discover what the city has to offer based on your interests.

(I like to go for a run every evening—where can I go? What are some trendy new restaurants to try? etc.)

Our insiders may or may not be native to the city; what matters most is their connection to the city they call home. They know their city inside and out, and they love it!

Most of them are not professional guides, but rather professionals in other fields (food critics, psychologists, etc.) who are happy to share some of their time several times a week or month with travelers over a drink or an experience.

The Insider Selection

Our experience has taught us that certain journalists in the world of travel, gastronomy, or art constantly meet high-caliber individuals during their reporting.

It seems only natural to reach out to them and ask for their insider recommendations.

Thus, prestigious journalists (authors of Time Out guides, Louis Vuitton guides, etc.) share profiles of personalities who, if interested in the concept, will be delighted to meet you soon!
